CM3-SP04ERO Troubleshooting​

RUN LED Light Blinking (0.3 seconds)​

  • If the RUN LED light is blinking every 0.3 seconds, check the error code in the module status window of CICON.
    • The error code is displayed as 0, 1, 2, 3, or 10.

RUN LED Light Blinking (0.5 seconds) & Temperature Not Changing​

  • The RTD module is corrected for its measurement circuit before it is delivered from the factory.
    • In this case, the module uses Yn.5.
      • Check Yn.5 that the module is set using the CICON memory monitor.
      • Check if the bit Yn.5 is used through the scan program or communication.

RUN LED Light Blinking (0.3 seconds) & Temperature Stops Around -250°c or -50°C​

  • If the RTD module is not connected by DC 24V, this error will occur.
    • Connect the module to DC 24V via the bottom.
