Modbus​

  • The Modbus parameter is used for CM3 CPUs as Modbus slaves.
  • The coil status, input status, holding register, and input register starting address and CICON data register can be specified.
  • The station number is the unique slave identifier for each PLC.
    • The value range is 0 ~ 254.
