Navigate to Online → Special Module Setup → RS232C/422 Module or click on the Serial module within the Card Properties.

Serial Module​

  1. Configure the communication type, protocol, station number, baud rate, parity bit, data bit, stop bit, or response delay.

  1. Configure RS-422 or RS-485 on channel 2.

  2. Once the settings are configured, click OK to confirm and apply the changes.

  3. To save the configured parameters to the PLC, click Write.

  4. Click Read to check the parameters.

  5. For real-time monitoring and module diagnostics, click Status. This displays the current value, minimum and maximum values, firmware version of the module, and any error codes.
