Checkbox Introduction
Checkbox Feature Description
Section titled “Checkbox Feature Description”Canvas provides a Checkbox object. It allows users to toggle the state of a Boolean tag by checking or unchecking a box.
Checkbox Designer Functionalities
Section titled “Checkbox Designer Functionalities”Click Insert > Checkbox, or the Insert Checkbox icon on the toolbar, and click and drag on the page to bring up the checkbox object as shown below:
Properties
Section titled “Properties”The Checkbox object can be customized based on specific properties.
To ensure the property windows are enabled, click View > Properties.
Basic Properties
Section titled “Basic Properties”The Basic Properties section allows users to change the name, enable or disable the checkbox, set its value and text. When the checkbox is enabled, users can change the value of the associated tag.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”The Appearance section enables the use of selections to alter visible characteristics.
Position
Section titled “Position”The Position section provides adjustable properties that reshape or move the object.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”Permissions can be assigned to the checkbox objects to allow the correct users to interact with them.
